Led by energetic coaches, these classes are packed with exciting warm-ups, intense workouts of the day (WODs), and refreshing cool-downs. You’ll get to try out a mix of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio exercises, all while being encouraged and cheered on by your classmates. And don’t worry if you’re new to CrossFit or working with an injury – these classes are designed to be scalable, so everyone can join in on the fun.
