Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to improve your child’s health, fitness, and coordination through various functional movements. We also focus on instilling values such as teamwork, discipline, and self-confidence that will benefit them beyond the gym. Our coaches are experts in keeping your child safe while having a blast, so you can rest easy knowing they’re in good hands. With CrossFit Kids, your child will develop a lifelong love for fitness and healthy habits.

Group Fitness Classes

Are you ready to take your fitness to the next level and have a blast while doing it? Then look no further than our CrossFit group classes! Led by energetic coaches, these classes are packed with exciting warm-ups, intense workouts of the day (WODs), and refreshing cool-downs. You’ll get to try out a mix of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio exercises, all while being encouraged and cheered on by your classmates. And don’t worry if you’re new to CrossFit or working with an injury – these classes are designed to be scalable, so everyone can join in on the fun.
