There are a few things you should know about this gym, I had a hard time trying to think of one thing that stood out to me.
First and foremost is the community. When my wife and I wanted to find a gym to work out in we both agreed that the most important thing to us was to have a space we liked going to, it doesn’t matter if the gym has all the tools in the world if you don’t like being there. This is something that the community provided, aside from having all the tools you need to get fit, the people are always there helping to make sure you push yourself but have fun doing it.
For me, the next biggest plus is the access. its 24/7. that was nice because even when I wanted to attend a class, there would be times that I would want to stay late, or sometimes I would want to come in late on a Sunday because that was the only time I had free in the week. with 24/7 access that is something, you can do.
The coaches here are great. They help push you, they help scale a workout if you need to modify a movement to your ability, and they help keep you safe, but mostly they are just great people. And when you have great people leading a workout it’s more enjoyable. (not that there is anything enjoyable about some of the echo bike workouts they run us through)
