Whether you aim to improve your technique, increase your strength, or prepare for competition, your personalized program will be your roadmap to success.

Team Training

One of the most rewarding aspects of our club is the sense of community and camaraderie that comes with team training sessions. Meeting twice a week, you’ll train alongside fellow members, which provides motivation, support, and a healthy dose of friendly competition. Team training sessions foster a positive and encouraging environment where everyone can push each other to reach new heights. You’ll improve your lifting skills and forge lasting friendships with like-minded individuals.

In-person Coaching

Hands-on coaching is a cornerstone of our club. Coach Joy is actively engaged with each member, whether it’s during team training sessions or on a 1-on-1 basis, to provide real-time feedback, correct your form, and help you master the intricacies of Olympic weightlifting. Her guidance enhances your performance and ensures your safety, reducing the risk of injury and allowing you to lift confidently and precisely. We care for your well-being as much as your progress.

Weekly Accessories

Strength and conditioning are about more than just the main lifts. Our club includes weekly accessory assignments that can be done at home or the gym and are designed to complement your primary training. These assignments focus on improving mobility, stability, and overall strength, addressing imbalances, and enhancing your lifting technique. Incorporating accessory work into your routine will help you build a well-rounded foundation and achieve more balanced development.
